What is The Edge Journey?

The Edge Journey is a men's coaching community offering group coaching, private 1-on-1 coaching, embodiment calls, and immersive retreats. We help men build unshakable strength, deep connection, and ruthless self-awareness through both cognitive and somatic practices.

What happens in a men's group coaching session?

Our group sessions are 2 hours per week and include guided discussion, embodiment exercises, breathwork, and real talk in a confidential setting. It's a safe space for men to connect, share experiences, and grow together with no pressure.

How much does men's coaching cost?

Coaching fees vary depending on the program. We offer a free first month for our community membership, free embodiment calls, and flexible payment options for private coaching and retreats. Contact us to discuss what works for your situation.

Is everything shared in coaching confidential?

Yes. We create a confidential and respectful environment where you can share at your own pace with no pressure. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

Can I try a session before committing?

Absolutely. We offer a one-time free session trial for online group sessions. This is limited to one free session per person within a calendar year. You can also join our free embodiment call with zero commitment.

Do you offer online or in-person coaching?

Both. Our weekly group sessions and private coaching are available online. We also offer in-person men's retreats in Los Angeles and periodic in-person events.
